I like the approach. But now I am wondering how improv classes would get you closer to being the person who owns the James Bond watch… although, now that I think about it, had you become an actor with the classes, you could be the new Pierce Brosnan.

I started the year as someone who's methodical approach to risk taking was an overplayed strength. You can only simulate so many steps ahead before it really just requires execution. Improv was something that pushed me to just find a gut feel and run with it quickly and decisively. The best example here is I had to create a character on the fly, and the only thing I had to base this character on was a big personality and salsa dancing.

It was interesting how this evolved. As an aside, I can’t help but wonder how much that watch sells for now.

Always appreciate your comments and reflections Jeanne!

I don't understand the specific economics driving that watch's value. What I did not mention is I spent time learning about watches and what I might ultimately want to acquire when I felt comfortable doing so. It took about a year and a particular milestone that resulted in feeling comfortable getting an Omega Speedmaster. After a year of pining over watches and wondering, this one appealed to me and if I am lucky it will look great when I gift it to my daughter someday.

Thank you for your honesty in writing this. This helps me understand you more in depth. I have only 1 friend with whom I share my life goals, and yearly goals, and this has helped us both focus and shape our lives.
